Kosher full board
Shabbat in Marrakech
Spend Shabbat in Marrakech in a private villa: kosher Shabbat meals, full board, hot plate and urn set up, services at Beth El or on site. Organised by JKECH.
Keeping Shabbat in Marrakech without looking for a restaurant on Friday afternoon: that is the point of My Property Marrakech. Villa or apartment, kosher meals, timings that hold.
Friday
On Friday everything arrives before the hour: the Shabbat dishes, the challot, the wine. The hot plate is on, the urn full, lighting times posted. If you go to Beth El, the driver drops you before Shabbat comes in.

Saturday
Shabbat lunch served cold or kept warm on the hot plate, seudah shlishit in the late afternoon. The team knows the constraints of Saturday: nothing to switch on, nothing to sign. The pool, garden and lounge are yours. Saturday night, after havdalah, the city is available again: dinner in Guéliz or an evening at the villa.

Kosher full board
Moroccan Friday-night cuisine (dafina on Saturday lunch if you like), or a more Western menu: the menus adapt. The kitchen is supervised by the Beth Din of Casablanca, and we can show you the certificate and the kashering.

- Friday night, Saturday lunch and seudah shlishit
- Challot, kosher wine, candles on request
- Hot plate, urn and programmed lights
- Kashering of the villa kitchen available
- Shabbat only or full board all week
Shabbat chatan, bar mitzvah and family Shabbat
For a Shabbat chatan or a bar mitzvah, the estate is privatised: services on site when possible, a large table, rooms for all guests. We coordinate the caterer, logistics and timings with the family and the rabbi.
Frequently asked questions
Can we book Shabbat only?
Yes. Many families book from Friday to Sunday. Shabbat meals are delivered on Friday and you can add full board for the rest of the stay.
Where are the services?
Beth El (boulevard Zerktouni, Guéliz) for the community, Lazama in the mellah for history. On some estates a minyan can be organised on site for groups.
What are Shabbat times in Marrakech?
They vary with the season (candle lighting around 5:30 pm in winter, after 7:30 pm in summer). We send you the exact times for your dates.
Can meals be strictly kosher (glatt, chalav Yisrael)?
State your level: we adapt the caterer and products, and tell you what is possible for each request.
